Which courier company will do the collections and deliveries?
If you live within 5 miles of Ealing W5 or london HA4 we will collect and deliver your device for free. If you live outside of our service area you can book your repair online and we will arrange a courier to collect your divice from your home or workplace.
Why are your prices much lower than the rest?
We do not have expensive overheads and so we can pass these savings on to our customers. We aim to provide a cheap and reliable service our customer would be happy to recommend.
I have a faulty xbox 360, will you buy it?
Yes, send us your faulty xbox 360 console and we will pay you £19.99 through paypal or you could arrange an appointment and collect your £19.99 in person.
Are my details safe?
To ensure that our customers feel as safe as possible we only accept online payments via PayPal or Google checkout,where payments are protected and order are trackable online.
Without registering, How will you know where to collect from?
When you pay using Google checkout or PayPal, they will provide us with your collection and delivery address. Please make sure your details are up to date to ensure there are no issues with delivery.
When will get my device back?
If you use our free courier service: 1-2 working days from the day we receive your console
If you live within 5 miles of Ealing W5 or London HA4: Same day - Next working day
If you send us your device yourself: 1 working day after we receive it.
Do you do home visits?
Home visits and installations are available - please bear in mind that certain repairs can only be done at our workshop
Are parts included in the price?
No, Part are not included the prices stated - please speak to one of our staff to get a quote for part required. For xbox repair a DVD laser for consoles that no longer read games will cost an extra £4.99 (cost price)

Do I need to send power supplies and cables?
For Xbox's and pc's, no but laptop power supplies will need to be provided.
Is my xbox faulty?

Please note that you should try different games as it may be the disc not the console. As we pay for collection and delivery, consoles that are sent to us that are not actually faulty will incur a £9 return delivery charge from your refund. Shops like "Game" or "Blockbusters" can polish discs professionally for a low cost of around £3.50 per game, worth a try
